Eitan Paul
Senior Research Manager, J-PAL Global
Eitan Paul is a Senior Research Manager at J-PAL Global at MIT. He manages J-PAL’s researcher pipeline activities, research staff trainings, and research resources. Eitan also conducts his own research related to political economy and governance in Southeast Asia. Eitan has served as principal investigator and co-investigator for several randomized evaluations and other studies related to social accountability, democratic representation, and the distribution of public goods in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Eitan holds a PhD in Public Policy & Political Science from the University of Michigan, an MA in Law & Diplomacy from Tufts University, and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. He previously worked on electoral reform projects for The Asia Foundation in Timor-Leste and the National Democratic Institute in Cambodia.
