Isaak Kifle is the Senior Human Resources Associate at J-PAL North America.

Samantha Lam is a Senior Administrative Associate at J-PAL, where she provides support to Iqbal Dhaliwal, the Global Executive Director. She also manages all work related to the Executive Committee of J-PAL’s Board of Directors.

Alessia Mortara is Policy Manager at J-PAL Africa. She manages J-PAL Africa’s policy team in building partnerships with governments, donors, and civil society organizations to promote the use of evidence in decision-making as well as supporting the scale-up of successful interventions.
