Elizabeth Cao is a Senior Education Associate at J-PAL, where she works on the MITx MicroMasters in Data, Economics, and Development Policy (DEDP). Prior to joining J-PAL, Elizabeth worked as a research assistant on projects related to literacy and teacher retention.
