Before joining J-PAL, Ziyanda has worked as a Policy Researcher in the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as a Program and Campaign Manager for Digify Africa, and as a Senior Program Assistant at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) headquarters in New York City.

Alex Chen is a Senior Policy Associate at J-PAL Global, where he works on the Political Economy and Governance sector.

Yvette Ramirez is a Policy Manager at J-PAL Global, where she manages the Gender sector. In her role on the Policy and Communications team, she writes policy publications, supports the Gender and Economic Agency Initiative, and engages in fundraising efforts.

David is a Policy Intern at J-PAL Africa’s DigiFI project.

Saptarishi is the Communications Manager at J-PAL South Asia.
