Roman Andres Zarate
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto. I studied economics at Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia and at MIT, where I completed my PhD in 2019. I was also a postdoctoral fellow at the briq Institute, where now I am a research affiliate.
My research lies at the intersection of the economics of education, development, and organizational economics.
