Nadine Wael

Nadine Wael is a policy and communications associate at J-PAL Middle East and North Africa where She focuses on partnership outreach to advance evidence-based policies in the Energy, Environment, and Climate Change sector. Her work also extends into generating research and partnerships under the Hub of Advanced Policy Innovation for the Environment (HAPIE). She works on the office's communication portfolio to craft clear, impactful messages across different platforms.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2023, she interned at the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, and at Badr Global Research Center, where she served as an economic researcher.

Nadine is graduated from the American University in Cairo with a double major in Development Economics and International Business.
