Senior Research Associate, J-PAL Latin America and the Caribbean

Sarita Undurraga is a senior research associate at J-PAL LAC, where she works on a research project led by J-PAL affiliate Laurence Bergquist and researchers Jie Bai, Federico Huneeus, and Yuhei Miyauchi. This project investigates how trade fairs reduce information frictions through a two-sided randomized evaluation at major trade fairs in Chile.

Prior to joining J-PAL, she worked in the Ministry of Labour of Chile and the Confederation of Chilean Industry. Sarita holds a Master in Economics from Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
