Joselyne Sarg

Joselyne Sarg is an Administrative Associate at J-PAL LAC, where she collaborates with the Finance and Operations team to implement human resources and operational processes. She supports the administrative, legal, logistical, and procedural aspects of the PROSA program or the -Screening and Launching Program—an innovative collaboration between J-PAL LAC and Universidad del Valle de Guatemala (UVG). 

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2024, she worked at the Ministry of Health and Social Assistance of Guatemala as the Coordinator of the International Health Relations Unit, and as Deputy Director at the Technical Secretariat of the National Security Council. Joselyne holds an MA in Social and Political Studies from Alberto Hurtado University in Santiago and an MA in Strategic Studies with emphasis in Security and Defense from Mariano Gálvez University of Guatemala, and a BA in International Relations from Rafael Landívar University of Guatemala.
