Santosh Kumar Sahoo

Santosh Kumar Sahoo is a Survey Coordinator at JPAL South Asia and is based out of Bhubaneswar, Odisha. In this role, Santosh is responsible for managing the surveys on ground, recruitment of field employees, training, project management, leading the survey team and provide mentor them. Santosh aim in this role is to maintain a balance between the Research and Research Operations activities. He is a part of the internal capacity building program team for Research Operation folks at J-PAL South Asia.

Santosh joined J-PAL South Asia in 2012 as a Field Monitor and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Banki College, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Prior to this, he was worked at CMF (Centre for Microfinance) for three years with BISWA regarding Micro-Loans, Insecticide-Treated Bed nets and Malaria: Evidence from a Randomized Controlled Trial in Orissa (India). 

Santosh enjoys cooking and spending time at home in his free time.
