Our affiliated professors are based at over 120 universities and conduct randomized evaluations around the world to design, evaluate, and improve programs and policies aimed at reducing poverty. They set their own research agendas, raise funds to support their evaluations, and work with J-PAL staff on research, policy outreach, and training.
Our research, policy, and training work is fundamentally better when it is informed by a broad range of perspectives.
Senior IT Projects Associate, J-PAL Global
W. Violette Russ is a Senior Project Associate at J-PAL, where she manages and facilitates application implementation into Salesforce CRM across global offices.
Prior to this role, Violette served as a Sr. Business Developer at an Engineering firm, a Sr. Business Analyst at a major e-commerce company, and a variety of positions that has allowed her to serve others in places of adversity and diversity.
She comes with 8 years of professional experience across different organizations. Violette holds a BSBA in Finance and Management from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and is in pursuit of a Master’s in Information Technology, Software Application Development from Southern New Hampshire University.
