W. Violette Russ

W. Violette Russ is a Sr. Project Associate at J-PAL, where she manages and facilitates application implementation into Salesforce CRM across global offices.

Prior to this role, Violette served as a Sr. Business Developer at an Engineering firm, a Sr. Business Analyst at a major e-commerce company, and a variety of positions that has allowed her to serve others in places of adversity and diversity.

She comes with 8 years of professional experience across different organizations. Violette holds a BSBA in Finance and Management from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and is in pursuit of a Master’s in Information Technology, Software Application Development from Southern New Hampshire University.
