Yasmina Laasri

Yasmina Laasri is a Senior Finance and Operations Officer at the UM6P J-PAL Agriculture Lab for Africa (UJALA). In this role, she serves as the financial and operational lead for the lab’s portfolio of funded projects. 

Prior to joining J-PAL, she worked as Managing Director for Injaz Al Maghrib Association (member of Junior Achievement Worldwide), where she led organizational strategy, training programs, fundraising and partnerships, resulting in significant growth and impact in youth entrepreneurship and small business support. Previously, as Operations Manager for Unicef in Rabat, she played a pivotal role in delivering tangible results for children through effective operations management. Her career has also spanned various roles in national and international NGOs and other UN agencies.

Yasmina holds a master’s degree in Financial Analysis and Financial Markets from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences-Po) and has completed leadership programs at Harvard Business Publishing and the Harvard Kennedy School.
