Jefferson Kangacha

Jeff Kangacha is a Policy Associate at J-PAL Africa, working on the Digital Identification and Finance Initiative in Africa (DigiFI Africa). 

Prior to joining J-PAL, Jeff worked as a Research and Strategy Analyst at a global development advisory firm, where he contributed to the design and implementation of digital innovations and programs aimed at improving smallholder farmers' access to finance and agricultural extension services.

Jeff holds a dual bachelor's degree in international agriculture and rural development and computing and information sciences from Cornell University.
