Our affiliated professors are based at over 120 universities and conduct randomized evaluations around the world to design, evaluate, and improve programs and policies aimed at reducing poverty. They set their own research agendas, raise funds to support their evaluations, and work with J-PAL staff on research, policy outreach, and training.

Policy Associate
Rimane Jdaini is a Policy Associate at the UM6P-J-PAL Agricultural Lab for Africa (UJALA). She helps manage partnerships, develop evaluation opportunities, and organize trainings and dissemination events. She also contributes to communication and outreach efforts.
Rimane has practical skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, evidence-based policy, data analysis, and project management. She holds a master's and a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences for Public Policy from Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P).
