Our affiliated professors are based at over 120 universities and conduct randomized evaluations around the world to design, evaluate, and improve programs and policies aimed at reducing poverty. They set their own research agendas, raise funds to support their evaluations, and work with J-PAL staff on research, policy outreach, and training.

Anavi Jaiswal works as a Senior Associate in the Human Resources team at J-PAL South Asia. She primarily looks after Recruitment Strategy, effectiveness and reporting. She has previously worked in the medical, technology enabled and social impact sectors.
She has a Masters in Management and Computer Applications along with her Bachelors of Technology in Bioinformatics. She has been a Teach for India Fellow in the past. She enjoys Bharatnatyam, reading, history, piano and singing.
