Elizabeth Graff
Policy Manager, J-PAL Global
Elizabeth Graff is a Policy Manager at J-PAL Global where she works on the Science for Progress Initiative. There, she supports the research grant-making process, stakeholder communications and outreach, and evidence dissemination from RCTs. Prior to joining J-PAL in 2022, she interned at the Treasury Department’s Office of International Development Policy, where she researched the pros and cons of different carbon pricing mechanisms. She has also worked in program management and new business development roles with USAID contractors such as DAI and DevTech, where she started up agriculture and public financial management activities in Afghanistan and South Sudan. Elizabeth holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Cedarville University.
