Soumya Das

Soumya Sucheta Das is Research Manager at J-PAL South Asia. She works on the Senior Secondary Readiness Program (SSRP) project in Odisha, which aims to evaluate whether the school remedial programs administered on students in Class 9 has improved their performance in Class 10 board exams. She has previously worked on Randomized Cluster Trials with Public Health Foundation of India.

Soumya holds an MA in development studies from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. Her research interest lies in the field of health economics, education and gender studies.
