Ayoub Chaabi is a Research Associate at the Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab (MEL), where he supports the design, implementation, and analysis of research projects aimed at enhancing evidence-based policymaking in Morocco, particularly within the education sector. Prior to joining MEL in 2025, he worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ottawa, where he provided academic support in macroeconomics courses.

Ayoub holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P).
