Zahra Boudalaoui-Buresi
Policy and Research Associate, J-PAL Europe
Zahra Boudalaoui-Buresi is a Policy and Research Associate at J-PAL Europe for the Innovation, Data and Experiments in Education (IDEE) programme. IDEE is an 8-year government-funded initiative aimed at supporting the development of experimental research in education in France.
Before joining J-PAL in 2023, Zahra worked as a Research Officer at the Centre for Transforming Access and Student Outcomes in Higher Education (TASO), a What Works Center for higher education based in London. Prior to that, she interned in a social policy research team at the European Parliament in Brussels, and at the Interministerial Directorate for Public Transformation (DITP) in Paris.
Zahra holds a master’s degree in international social and public policy from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a bachelor’s degree in economics and sociology from Paris Sciences & Lettres (PSL) University.
