Arthur Bluche is a Research Associate at the Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab (MEL), where he supports the design, implementation, and analysis of research projects aimed at enhancing evidence-based policymaking in Morocco, particularly within the education sector. Prior to doing that, Arthur worked in diplomacy as an attaché at the Swiss embassy in DRC. He also worked briefly in Central Asia in the Water, sanitation, and hygiene sector. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and a master's degree in Development Economics from the LSE.
