Jackey Baiza

Jackey Baiza serves as the Human Resources and Operations Associate at J-PAL North America. In her current role, Jackey aids in cultivating an effective work environment by facilitating human resource related activities, coordinating internal meetings and events, and engaging in a range of special human resource and organization-level projects. Prior to joining J-PAL in 2024, Jackey supported small and large-scale nonprofits via administrative project management, events coordination, human resources, and executive assistance.
