Sadhana Babuji

Sadhana Babuji is currently a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia. At J-PAL, she is working on the Identifying and Nurturing Math Talent project in Tamil Nadu. 

Previously, she contributed to the Chennai Slum Sanitation Assessment Study and the Tamil Nadu Urban Sanitation Support Programme, focusing on data analysis and scaling urban sanitation solutions. Sadhana holds a Master’s in Human Rights and International Politics from the University of Glasgow and a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Madras. She has significant experience in project management, policy analysis, and integrating technology into local governance.
