Youssef Assarssah is a Research Associate at the Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab where he supports the design, implementation, and analysis of research projects aimed at enhancing evidence-based policymaking in Morocco, particularly within the education sector.
Prior to joining MEL in 2024, he worked as a consultant at the World Bank, contributing to various projects in the field of development economics.
Youssef holds both a Master's degree in Quantitative Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from Mohammed VI Polytechnic University.
