Erika Deserranno

Erika Deserranno is an assistant professor at Bocconi University and an associate professor (untenured) at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Her research focuses on the intersection of development, personnel, and organizational economics. Erika researchers issues related to the selection, recruitment, and motivation of workers in both private and public organizations. She received her PhD in economics from the London School of Economics.
