Path2Work

This project explores the impact of the online job platform Path2Work in addressing the employment gap between refugees and natives. Path2Work offers skill-based job recommendations and application guidance to help refugees overcome barriers to employment. By conducting two randomized controlled trials (RCTs), the study evaluates the platform's effectiveness in increasing employment chances for refugee job seekers and assesses whether targeted candidate suggestions and information about the asylum system and work registration process can enhance employers' willingness to hire refugees. The goal is to understand and reduce the obstacles refugees face in the labor market, facilitating their economic integration.
