Impact of eviction prevention services (Pierce County)

Pierce County Human Services is partnering with J-PAL North America to design an evaluation of its Eviction Prevention program as part of its efforts to increase housing stability and prevent homelessness in Pierce County. Participants will be provided financial assistance combined with trauma-informed, client-centered case management.  Pierce County Human Services is interested in learning how effective Eviction Prevention services are in preventing evictions and entrances to homelessness and if there are differences in the program’s effectiveness based on household demographics or circumstances.
