Do We Need More Entrepreneurs? The Impact of Entrepreneurship Interventions on Individual Job Trajectories and Local Economies

This project investigates the effects of entrepreneurship interventions on individual job trajectories and local economies in Brazil. By conducting a randomized controlled trial (RCT), the researchers aim to determine whether encouraging entrepreneurship among recent graduates leads to improved employment outcomes and economic growth. The study will explore the direct effects on participants as well as potential spillover effects on local labor markets. The findings will provide evidence on the broader impact of entrepreneurship policies and contribute to the design of more effective programs.
