Vrushti Sanghvi

Vrushti Sanghvi is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia. She is currently working on a scoping study on young adults' aspirations towards vocational education. In her previous role, she worked on a project utilising edutainment to change norms: how knowledge of XY chromosome theory can impact women’s agency. She was responsible for the data analysis and worked closely with the PIs to ensure the data captured nuance given the qualitative nature of surveys. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ahmedabad University. Her skill set includes research design, data collection, data analysis, and impact evaluation.
