Rashmi Pugalia

Rashmi Pugalia is a Research Associate for the TFM project under PIs - Prof. Ben Roth & Prof. Natalia Rigol. The project studies the effects of flexible repayment microcredit loans on the cashflows profits, household expenditures of micro-entrepreneurs. Prior to this she was an Intern at J-PAL for the Market-Math Games.

Rashmi has also gained experience in the development sector through positions at organizations such as Good Business Lab, UC Berkeley, Sattva Media and Consulting, and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Delhi.
