Heather is a Professor of Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her research interests focus on health, public economics, and labor economics. Currently, Heather is studying education’s causal effects on health and fertility, as well as the effects of information and incentives on health behaviors.
She received her PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
