Marwa A. Naieem

Marwa Naieem is a senior officer finance and operations at J-PAL Middle East and North Africa. Marwa works on financial management of multiple large scale awards with international development programs and donor funds, initiate and prepare project transactions in line with allocated budget and ensure that they comply with audits, AUC and sponsor's (MIT/UN/EU/USAID/SFSD) regulations in their financial expenditure and setting the relevant financial processes to effectively monitor and control project transactions for the best interest of the project objectives. 

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2023, she worked as senior officer finance at Office of Sponsored Programs-PISU-AUC handling more than 30 grants.

Marwa holds a B.Sc in Finance and Accounting from Alexandria University.
