Edward Okeke

Edward Okeke is a Senior Economist at RAND and a Professor of Policy Analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy. His research lies at the intersection of health and development, including the returns to health care in the formal sector, adoption of preventive health technologies, investments in health and human capital, and maternal and infant health.

Edward holds an MBBS (MD) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, an MA in Applied Economics, a Master of Public Health, and a PhD in Health Policy (economics) from the University of Michigan.
