Our affiliated professors are based at over 120 universities and conduct randomized evaluations around the world to design, evaluate, and improve programs and policies aimed at reducing poverty. They set their own research agendas, raise funds to support their evaluations, and work with J-PAL staff on research, policy outreach, and training.
Initiatives Associate, J-PAL North America
Haley Packard is an Initiatives Associate at J-PAL North America. As a member of the Finance and Operations team, she supports policy funding initiative processes and provides assistance in human resources, recruitment, and general office administration. Prior to joining J-PAL in 2022, she worked in the independent film industry. Haley holds a bachelor of arts degree from Brandeis University.
