Susanna Berkouwer is an assistant professor of business economics & public policy and the Robert J. Aresty, W’63 Faculty Scholar at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. They conduct microeconomic research on issues related to the environment, energy, and climate in low-income contexts, and have experience conducting randomized evaluations in Kenya and Ghana. They received their PhD in agricultural and resource economics at the University of California, Berkeley.
