Andrew Zeitlin is an Associate Professor at the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. He is also a Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for Global Development and a Research Associate at the Centre for the Study of African Economics at Oxford University. His research uses field and lab experimental methods to study how individual decision-making shapes state effectiveness, through the design of transfer programs, incentives in public-service provision, and tax policy and administration.
Andrew received his PhD in Economics from the University of Oxford.
