Our affiliated professors are based at over 120 universities and conduct randomized evaluations around the world to design, evaluate, and improve programs and policies aimed at reducing poverty. They set their own research agendas, raise funds to support their evaluations, and work with J-PAL staff on research, policy outreach, and training.

Senior Policy Manager, J-PAL Global
Andre Zollinger is a Senior Policy Manager at J-PAL Global where he is responsible for the Environment, Energy, and Climate Change sector. In this capacity, his areas of focus are policy outreach, partnership development, and fundraising. Prior to J-PAL, he has several years of experience in policy analysis and implementation with the European Commission, the US State Department, and in the private sector. More recently, he was on the founding team of a French innovation campus focused on emerging technology and sustainability.
Andre holds a Master's in Public Affairs from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, focusing on environmental policy and development. He has a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University.
