Ruben Menon

Ruben Menon joined J-PAL South Asia in June 2012 as the  Director of Finance and Operations. Ruben comes in with 15 years of experience in the NGO sector, particularly health. He has worked with international NGOs like Population Services International (PSI) and Care India. While he has worked in various capacities in multiple locations, his last assignment was with the head office of PSI helping the organization with the structural transformation. His experience ranges from system strengthening and recruiting and training of field admin and finance staff, to ensuring the field support to the program, budgeting and donor invoicing/management.
