Kuldeep Singh

Kuldeep Singh is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia working on the project 'Preventing opioid use in Punjab'. He has previously worked as a research associate at IIT Delhi, TISS Mumbai, and IIT Roorkee on projects related to climate change impacts and adaptation, evaluating Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) schemes in government schools in Uttar Pradesh and benchmarking school education systems across India.

During his master’s program, he also conducted a project focused on discrimination related to sexuality and sexual behaviour/preferences.

He holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Honors from Panjab University in Chandigarh.
