Nadia Rayhanna is a Senior Research Manager at J-PAL Southeast Asia, where she manages a diverse range of studies. Some of the projects she has supported include studies on optimizing public bus transportation in Jakarta, estimating the impact of labor and financial resources on tax collection productivity, evaluating Indonesia's Kartu Prakerja program, and assessing the policy transition from in-kind to voucher-based delivery of Indonesia’s food assistance program. She is also working on several project developments related to social protection and the digital economy.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in engineering and policy analysis from Delft University of Technology.
