Namrata Ramakrishna

Namrata Ramakrishna is a Senior Associate in the Evidence to Scale (E2S) team at J-PAL Global where she supports the management of the Innovation in Government Initiative and collaborates with policymakers and practitioners to adopt evidence-based interventions at scale.

Before joining J-PAL in 2025, she worked as a healthcare consultant at Optum Advisory Services, where she supported provider network development, negotiated reimbursement models, assisted with health plan credentialing, and conducted reviews of health plan policies and procedures.

Namrata has an MPH in Global Health from Emory University and a BA in Anthropology from Dartmouth College.
