Lakshmi R

Lakshmi is a Research Associate in the Tamil Nadu Elderly Panel Study project at J-PAL South Asia. Prior to joining this team she worked as Research Associate on the project called Promoting Regular Supply of Labor of Behavioral Developmental Lab hosted in J-PAL South Asia.

She has supported data work and field operations at Behavioral Development Lab. She worked as an Impact Evaluation Executive at Amar Seva Sangam, a disability rights-based NGO in the Tenkasi District of Tamil Nadu.

Lakshmi holds a Bachelor in Sociology and a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. During her Masters, she worked with an Integrated Village Development Project, an NGO based out of Krishnagiri District of Tamil Nadu.
