Precious Nhamo

Precious Nhamo is a curious learner from Stellenbosch University, where she graduated with a BComHons in Financial Economics. She also gained valuable knowledge during an exchange program at KU Leuven, Belgium, focusing on Politics and Policies, as well as Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Currently, Precious is serving as a Policy Intern for Girls' Education and Empowerment at J-PAL Africa. In this role, she supports scoping opportunities for evidence use and generation in the gender-equity space, mapping potential partners, and crafting communication content and engagement strategies for various stakeholders.

Her career aspirations lie in the fields of Fintech and Venture Capital, aiming to propel youth advancement, women's empowerment, and the creation of the "AfriCAN" dream.
