Aditya Naskar

Aditya Naskar is a Policy Manager at J-PAL, with over 5 years of experience in program management, monitoring, learning, and evaluation in Public Health. 

Prior to joining JPAL, Aditya worked as the senior manager for MLE at Intelehealth - a tech-for-impact non-profit that aimed to provide health services to remote and rural areas. At Intelehealth, he oversaw the delivery of monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities. In his role, he also supported partner organizations in goal setting and defining the program's MLE strategy. Before that, during his tenure at Sambodhi Research and Communications, Aditya worked as a research manager providing end-to-end project planning and execution for multiple research projects in public health to facilitate learning for program implementers, donors, and decision-makers.

Aditya holds a master's degree in development studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a bachelor's in Economics from the University of Delhi.
