Felix Masiye is the Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zambia and an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) at the University of Washington. His research interests span health program evaluation, health financing and health system performance assessment, with extensive knowledge of health systems in sub-Saharan Africa.
Felix received his PhD in Economics from the University of Cape Town. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Harvard University Initiative for Global Health from 2006 to 2008.
