Jyotsna Kandulna

Jyotsna is a Senior Associate in the Human Resources team at J-PAL South Asia, where she leads end-to-end HR operations. She is the single point of contact (SPOC) for all crucial HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, payroll, and compensation. Jyotsna plays a pivotal role in ensuring the implementation of HR strategy and talent management projects, along with supporting Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Learning & Development initiatives at J-PAL South Asia.

Jyotsna holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi, and has over 7 years of in-depth experience as an HR professional.
