Raunak Jha

Raunak Jha is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia on the Payment and Governance Research project. Prior to this, he worked at the Verghese Kurien Policy Lab at IRMA. He also worked for different projects as a Research Associate for TNRTP, Digital Public Infrastructure, Social Networks and Doodh Sanjeevani Yojana.

Raunak holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, and a Master's degree in Environmental & Resource Economics from TERI University, New Delhi. He joined J-PAL South Asia in 2024.
