Guillermo Herrera Nimmagadda
Policy & Training Manager, J-PAL South Asia
Guillermo Herrera Nimmagadda is a Policy and Training Manager at J-PAL South Asia. In this capacity, he leads the Political Economy & Governance and Crime, Violence, and Conflict sectors. He also promotes evidence-based policymaking and monitoring and evaluation through capacity building events with a range of actors.
He completed his Master in Public Affairs at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. Prior to Princeton, he worked at the International Budget Partnership in Washington, D.C., where he promoted fiscal transparency and accountability through collaborations with civil society, governments, and international organizations. He also worked as a Research Assistant at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities to advance policies that improve the livelihoods of low-income people in the U.S.
