James Greiner is The Honorable S. William Green Professor of Public Law at Harvard Law School and is the Faculty Director at the Access to Justice Lab. He teaches courses on civil procedure, expert witnesses, and voting regulation. His current research focuses on designing interventions and conducting evaluations in the areas of access to justice, judicial administration, and adjudicatory system design in civil and criminal law contexts. His current projects include randomized field experiments in state and federal courts and administrative agencies across the country. Greiner holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from Harvard University.
