Charul Dhingra

Charul Dhingra is a Policy Manager at J-PAL South Asia, focusing on the scale-up of evidence-based programs. In her current role, she collaborates closely with program stakeholders, including NGO partners, government agencies, donors, and academic researchers, to facilitate the scaling up of Math Games. 

Prior to joining J-PAL, she worked with NGOs in the field of education to support the Indian Ministry of Education, National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) and several state governments in designing and implementing large-scale systemic education transformation programs, leveraging tech and data. She also has experience supporting government stakeholders in implementing the NIPUN Bharat Mission by conducting whole-school improvement programs led by education leaders at scale. 

Charul holds a Master’s degree in Education from Azim Premji University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Ahmedabad University.

Charul joined J-PAL South Asia in 2024.
