Guy Bahi

Guy Rostand BAHI is a Training Intern at J-PAL Europe, where he supports the development of educational content for the Evaluating Social Programmes and Development Economics MOOCs. He also contributes to organizing the 2025 Summer School for African researchers and project leaders in Dakar.

Prior to joining J-PAL, he worked as a research assistant and consultant on projects related to digitalization, taxation, and public policy evaluation in Sub-Saharan Africa. Guy Rostand holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics and Public Finance and is currently completing an advanced program in Impact Evaluation and Project Management.
