Our affiliated professors are based at over 120 universities and conduct randomized evaluations around the world to design, evaluate, and improve programs and policies aimed at reducing poverty. They set their own research agendas, raise funds to support their evaluations, and work with J-PAL staff on research, policy outreach, and training.

Operations, HR & Finance Manager, Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab, J-PAL Middle East and North Africa
Jamila Ayoub is responsible for operations, HR and finance at Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab, based in Rabat, where she handles operations, human resources, and finance. Jamila has previously worked for the GIZ for 14 years in a similar role and has over 20 years of experience in administration and finance. She received a master's degree in administration and management of tourism and hotel companies from the Institut Supérieur International du Tourisme de Tanger.
